Griefing others.
Popping, podding, of ( # Neutrals high sec and lowsec wise # )
that has no part in / off pvp like -> Miners, Mission Runners, Freight.

Should they initiate the fight first or is a pirate that will kos you
then feel free to engage, but also be aware that your actions are
relayed on corporation display under Kill reports through Corporation
so we can see what happens out there.
